software help stickies

I visit other sites that have stickies in their forum sections as well but normally they only appear on the first page when you open that section, on subsequent pages they are absent. It really limits the number of posts that can be listed in each page turn, and I believe it to be a good idea to keep them on the main page only. These "help me" posts multiply frequently and can move down the line quickly. Its much faster finding an older thread when the entire page is posts, not half stickies (I exaggerate to make my point). I would appreciate you considering this when the site undergoes its next retooling.
