    g'day manilka835

two of the processes you have mentioned one which is avast which was explained in a previous post is related to a anti-virus program.the other being ccapp which also is a process that belongs to nortons antivirus suite which loads the real time scanner that scans incoming and outgoing emails.with these two in mind it would appear that you have two antivirus programs running at the same time.it is not advisable to use two antivirus program together on one computer this will result in a confliction between them and result in your pc not being covered by either program.
the other process is not essentual as it is associated with the winamp media player

    Hi

As mentioned having two antivirus applications can cause issues, so do uninstall either Norton or Avast, if Norton was removed, it may have left a few components behind so use this removal tool

    Startup items
Thank you for the reply once again. I also wish to know whether the following item is not essential to be running and hence can be disabled/removed by using StartupCPL.

    • Tracks Eraser Pro

    Sudden Turning off the Computer
After a repair of the computer, the computer suddenly turns off when the following are launched:
    • updating the program definitions of SUPERAntiSpyware
    • Updating the Avast antivirus program
    • Running a full system scan by Avast Antivirus
    • Running Norton Removal Tool
I am not aware of what parts were repaired. However the Hard disk is the same. This problem was not there before it was repaired. What might be the cause? If you need further data of the computer, please let me know.

    Thanking you.

    All the best,
    Manilka

    g'day manilka835
the program Tracks Eraser Pro is a non essential start up item and can be disabled or removed. it is a users choice program and can be launched manually when needed
the issue with the computer restarting with the above mentioned software is of concern.i am not sure on the type of repairs that were done with your computer as you have not mentioned whether they were hardware or software repairs.
if these mentioned programs are the only ones that have this restarting issue you could have a malware related problem, being all the software you have listed are all related to antivirus and malware protection.i would would suggest that you should follow the steps in the malware removal guide found here " http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407. i hope this helps and good luck.
