I've been using Coral Draw 8 for years now for newsletters and such and feel I should probably make some changes. My question to the experts here is as follows:

    1. Can I update from Coral Draw 8 to the latest version?

    2. Should I update to the latest Coral version even if I can't update and have to purchase the latest version outright?

    3. Or should I consider going with the latest Adobi suite? I know nothing about Adobi.

    4. Don't suggest going with Apple unless you have a VERY convincing argument.

    Thanks

Your questions would probably be best directed towards Corel. They will be able to tell you about backwards compatibility, upgrades available and if the program is still something you can use.

    Do you mean Adobe?

How professionally do you make these newsletters? If its a corprorate sort of thing, I would suggest going with Adobe PageMaker.

If its less professional, I'd stick with Corel (its a heck of a lot cheaper).

I'd only suggest going to an Apple (with QuarkXpress) if you were publishing a magazine ;)
