    I have a HP Norebook - 15 - f387wm
that I upgraded with an SSD but after I put it back together a row of the keys didn't work. (1, q, a, z) I removed the keyboard and replaced it several times, same results. I've done everything I could find on the web but nothing worked. Now it's not working from 4, r, f, v to 7, u, j, k, ,. I've updated the drivers, hard reset, reinstalled Win 10. I purchased another keyboard but it does the exact same thing so I think it is a software problem that I haven't been able to find the solution to...I need help!!

is the "another keyboard" an external usb keyboard?
my random thought is to unplug the notebook's keyboard, so windows thinks that no keyboard is attached.
boot windows, plug the usb external keyboard in, let windows find it, and cross your fingers.
otherwise, i don't know what to say, but - good luck with it.
