Software That Gets Around The Os

I'm tired of windows constant crap, i need software that helps me get around denied permissions on my pc, and other nonsense that prevents me from doing stuff cuz os bullcrap.

I also want to know if there's a program that'll shut windows out of being able to selectively delete stuff too, cuz i'm getting really sick of it messing with my data. It deleted the entirety of minecraft off my pc forcing me to double dip for it.

The reason i'm asking is cuz it deleted an exe for a game that extends scripts (which a lot of mods i'm using are dependent on) then proceeded to deny me permission when i attempted to move a replacement exe into the folder. It also delete the game exe required to run the game as well

I can honestly say windows 10 is the worst operating system i've ever had the misfortune of using.

 

i just found out it is specifically denying the placement of the exe used for script extensions in that folder why is windows acting like this? I think i've found the biggest butthole in the world my pc.
