Software to "record" a web page?

    I would like to record for 24-36 hours a specific self-updating website and then play it back at 10-20 times speed.

    To start off with, is this possible?

    Here's a link to what I'd like to do; Flightaware, I want to isolate the aircraft arriving and departing from the rest of the page.
