Solarwinds Orion

Anyone here use Solarwinds Orion as their network performance manager? I'm evaluating it for the place I'm working at and have some questions about the reporting end of it I might need to discuss with someone. Also just curious on how people actually like it instead of digesting the company hype on how good it is. Anyone?

My company uses it at the corp office, I have access to the solarwinds dashboard so I can check in on my connections. The reporting as far as when a device goes down is excellent. That is all I know of it.
We, peons in the district aren't allowed real access to the network, guess they are afraid we crash them. lol

 

Just how robust are you able to get the reports? I've not been able to figure out how to get the reports to be as verbose as my supervisor wants them to be. Could you possibly attach a sample so I can see how much information is actually being passed on to you? thanks!
