Solved: Opening Heic + Hevec Files Free

    Download VLC player then right click the HEIC and or HEVEC file and select VLC player. Then click open this with VLC to avoid having to pay at the store or installing a media pack.

    Another option: CopyTransHEIC for Windows, if you want to convert this Apple file to a jpeg.
