Some bad malware

Hello there. My name is Dunlavy, and i've gotten some pretty bad malware recently. I have nod 32, which seems to recognize its existance, but even if it says it cleaned and deleted it, it still exists and functions.

At this point, it is keeping me from being able to use google to search for answers, check my email, as well as get the cleaning programs posted in the read and run thread.

I could really use some help.

If I understood you correctly, you're unable to download the programs in the READ & RUN ME FIRST? What happens? Does it happen for every program? Or are you able to download them but not run them? Does this happen in both normal mode and safe mode? Does it happen if you transfer the programs from an external medium like a cd or flash drive and try to install them while your computer is disconnected completely from the internet and with your security software including NOD32 disabled? I need to have a bit more information.

After answering the above and trying anything which is suggested there, if you still are unable to run anything, can you go to USING MG TOOLS and see if you can get the MGlogs.zip to us.
