Some bad spyware is here. Please help.

I have been Spyware free for a few years now, but something has got me really good all of a sudden. The biggest problem is that all my devices have disappeared from Device Manager and the only way I can now access the Internet is through a direct ethernet connection (while nothing at all shows up in network connections or device manager).

I have followed the instructions in the stickies and have run ALL the recommended software, but all the software no longer comes up with anything. And I am still experiencing the problem.

Please help me.

 

Well, I did try one more piece of software, the Webroot Spysweeper. I paid the 30 bucks for the fully functional version and I must say it was money well spent. It found the rootkit with about 740 tracers that none of the other 10-15 spyware detection programs could find.

Big thumbs up for Spysweeper.

 

No I am not anymore. Spysweeper found a rootkit when I ran it last night after purchasing it. It's the only piece of software that detected it.
