I have a gateway zx6971 touchscreen computer with microsoft windows 7 home premiem installed. I ended up contracting a virus which I tried to fix myself.(Fail)
    Jacked my computer up royally.
I did a system restore to return the computer back to the factory state.

But after doing the factory restore my computer doesn't seem like it did when I first bought it, internet explorer constantly freezes up, when I go to log off or shut down it will freeze up sometimes.
Is there a program I can run to check and see if the factory partition which contained the windows backup(my computer didn't come with a windows cd, there is a seperate partition which contains everything) was infected by a virus or is it possible I have a virus in my ram or video card? I am a computer idiot so I may not be using the right terminology,

I did run tds killer today and it showed two suspecious items.
I couldn't figure out how to upload the tds log, so here is a screenshot.
