Some Serious Problems, Hi-Jack Log included.

I am a It professional, technically I am a flash developer but I know alot about Malare removal.

I have updated and used all the boot programs, and OS ran programs from the Hirens 9.3 disk. I have ran CCleaner, I have tried everything I can think of to remove this problem and can not seem to get it.

The problem is there appears to be some sort Virus that is really messing with this system. It is hogging resources, and it is really screwing with the internet. Every page needs to be reloaded like 8 times before it works.

I really do not want to re-image, and I have exhausted alot of hours into this. Can anyone help me?

The things listed in that post area all part of my standard removal routine. I do for the most part know what I am doing.

But I did not know about the no log psting log thing so I attached it instead. But everything else in that post has been done.
