Some Software Dont Load At Start Up Now

Hi,
Say 3 pieces of software that i use dont load at start up now.
If i double click the icon then i see the software jump into action.

Example,i use a clock which has large numbers.
At start up the standards windows clock is shown.
I double click the icon for the clock & i then see it change.

I have clicked the start button then all programs followed by right click START UP open & open all users but i am told this folder is empty.

I also did run MSConfig & looked in start up folder where i see the software & a click next to it.
But that made no difference.

This happed after i ran BOOTRACER that i had seen here.
I did a system restore to the date befor but failed .

Any advice on fixing this please.

So the programs were not in msconfig? You can open the run command (Win+R) and type shell:startup or shell:common startup and copy shortcuts of the programs you want to start into either of those folders (not both). Next reboot they should run.
