So I had a problem of being connected to using wireless but could not browse internet. After much work I can browse only a few sites. What won't work is my Yahoo Messenger, Facebook and other random pages. Any ideas on why this is happening. Please Help.

    Hi

    To start with some questions...

    What Windows version?
    What browser are you using?
What security software do you have installed?

Try using CCLeaner to clear out your temps etc

If you have specific sites that cannot be accessed then could be a number of things from Malware, so scan your PC, to corrupt DNS cache and for the DNS cache open a command prompt window (need in Vista to do this from an elevated admin command so right click CMD and choose Run as Administrator) and type at the prompt ipconfig /flushdns

    Thanks
