Somebody help a german guy!!!

Everytime i close a prog like ie or anything else i get the error message:
The application ....... refernces memory in 0x00000ba0. read could not be done.Click OK to close the application.
Please excuse my language.
But here in germany nobody is able to halp me with my prob.
This message comes since i´ve installed the vodafone mobile connect software for UMTS internet and ANTIVIR.
I don´t know what to do.

When you get the error, does the message give you an application file name? as in "the application ???????? referenced memory at “0x00000ba0”. The memory could not be “read”." what was at the ????? if at all.

Which Operating System ( windows version ) are you using?

IF XP/2K or above you could try looking in the Event Viewer logs to see at the time of the error what application failed.. goto Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer and look in the Application log.

1. look for any update to those two programs you installed?
2. uninstall one of them and see if the error disapears if not uninstall that one and re-install the other and so on.

I´m running win xp.
the application changes.
if i close the internet explorer it says the application 0x01d4f020...
I´ve deinstalled the voda software and it was ok.but i could not connect to the internet without this software...
that´s the prob
