I need help big time!! My whole network of 4 computers has been infested by malware! I tried to run some of the spyware software but it kept crashing or it took so long (I left it overnight and it wasn't complete the next day with nothing detected!) Someone told me to run hijack this and post the log here (the log is from the worst of the computers). I have posted the text below and also attached a txt.

On second thought I did not attach the txt. The computer started to do the freeze-up thing again when I tried!! Who are these maggots that post this crap???!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone can help, it will be appreciated more than I could ever tell you!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thanks in advance!!!!!!!

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Your problems may not be malware; however a HijackThis log is not going to tell you that. You log showed nothing at of concern. The correct way to find out if you have malware is the below procedure.

Please uninstall HJT as it will be properly installed when you do the following:

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
    Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run theREAD & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
