someone please, please help me

can anyone help me? I called a number to register my microsft word 2002 and i gave them my installation id and they were supposed to give me my confirmation id number back but the machine told me that the number i gave them is not in their system and yes i did give them the right number and i tried calling them but the number i dialed doesn't work so if anyone could please help me i'm going crazy with this please help

 

Go to the microsoft web site, There is a number there to call to see if your software is pirated or not. They won't bother you if it is but they will want to know where you bought it.
