    I somehow got infected with some sort of malware that chaged my wallpaper to a blue screen with a warning in a yellow box that I have been infected. There was also some sort of screen saver that made bugs eat away my desktop. And if that wasnt a pain in the butt, some of my toolbar this such as View, Favorites, etc, and when ever I put my cursor on any of the icons on my browser it shows up in Spanish. Each time I have changed my screensaver and wallpaper, but each time I rebooted it went right back to the problem. But since doing the read me first and following the instruction the screensaver and wallpaper problems have been fixed, but Spanish is still there.

    PLEASE HELP.

    We need you to attach the C:\MGLogs.zip. :)

    Your logs look clean.

    If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

    1. If we used ComboFix then UNINSTALL COMBOFIX (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
    2.
    * Click START then RUN
    * Now type "%userprofile%\Desktop\cf" /u in the runbox and click OK.
    * Note: The space between the cf and the /U, it must be there.
    3. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    4. You can delete the C:\MGtools folder and the C:\MGtools.exe file. You can also delete the C:\MGlogs.zip
    5. If you are running Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
    * Refer to the cleaning steps in the READ ME for your Window version and see the steps to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
    * Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    6. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

    I found the problem. It was in my tools drop down. My interface language was changed to Italian, not Spanish, so I just selected English and everything works great now. Your read me first helped with the other problem I was having, I no longer have any of the problems with the screen saver or the wallpaper.

    Thanx again MG.
