Something For Win Update

Iv sent to MS, and many others have this complaint.
Please tell us, when we start our computers that Windows is Updating.
This week had 2 Big updates, and even before Most of my Background programs could start, Update was running for over 2 hours, fighting my HD while it was trying to Load my programs.
The only programs I have at start up are generally Monitors, to show whats happening.

I would love a small prog. that would monitor Win update, and Tell me it was running, even if it was Just checking for updates. Iv been in games and the System went to Crawl mode, as it had a Quick update.

it's a great program for monitoring all running processes.
i'm not aware of a specific program for only windows updates.
