    Okay, here goes:
My games kept freezing, and artifacts would pop up, so i ordered a replacement video card (x600 xt 256 mb), and will get that on tuesday. However, i was having problems with other stuff. I ran a scan with ewido security suite and norton antivirus 2005, and they both found a virus in a warcraft 3 patch i downloaded...the patch was immediately deleted, and all worked fine....until i went to my computer--my entire D partition was wiped clean---15 gb of music programs and games erased completely! I was beyond mad. Dunno wtf happened there. Also, when playing warcraft 3, and when i try to open the game, it would keep saying please insert cd until i opened and closed the disk tray. After the virus scans, it completely stopped functioning, and now, even if i put it into the cd tray (i had to uninstall it and try a reinstall), it will not autorun, and it will not open at all when i go into windows explorer (on the other hand, it hangs there forever, without anything coming up). You'd think its a problem with the cd drive...but i put in other cds like starcraft and movies, and it works just fine. Also, now the computer freezes at random points...like when surfing the web, or when opening/using a program. I can live with the clean hd--ill just add everything back using my handy 40gb ipod, but the freezing and the warcraft not working have got to stop. Please offer some much needed assistance.

This is not a malware related issue. You should discuss this problem with the company that makes the game. Your HJT log should have been proceeded by a full cleaning procedures (see the sticky threads) to look for any virus or trojan problems that could exist but you actual log itself was clean.

Have you ever tried re-installing the game?
