Something Keeps Killing my Wireless Zero Config Service

Everytime my laptop hibernates or is restarted, my Wireless Zero Config service stops running. It's set up in services to start automatically but every time my laptop starts up it is stopped.

This only started recently and for the life of me I don't remember any significant changes that would have caused this. I don't have any other wireless management service installed (I've checked both Add/Remove Progs and the Registry "Run" section under Windows/CurrentConfig).

    Any ideas?

Open network places ...right click on the wireless connection / properties / click on the tab for power settings(?) and uncheck the box for allow the computer to turn off .....
