    Type the work okay in the body of an email, capitalized.

    Like this: Okay

    Which is a perfectly good and proper word

    And do a spell check.

    side note,,
    The term O.K. supposedly came from one of our early presidents(Andrew Jackson, i think) when approving papers he mark them All Korrect. Well his spelling was bad, thus the K instead of C, and so was his penmanship, the A looked like an O. So, one papers he approved it appeared to the staff as O K

    If this is true, then I have found junior year high school knowledge usefull :D
