Something making my PC stifle the network

On Sunday my laptop PC, connected to a network via wireless, causes my Internet to go "down," or it's using up all the bandwidth. It will work for about 15 minutes, then I lose Internet, but if I turn off that PC the Internet is again accessible via other PC's.

Seems like something on the machine is grabbing up all the bandwidth or somehow blocking Internet access after the machine runs for about 15 minutes.

Help!

Please go through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs. Be sure to only work on the problems with one computer in this thread, even if you need the other computers to download or transfer things to the one that is breaking.
