I have gone through all the steps listed in the "READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" with no help to my issue.

When opening/running Internet Explorer, my screen flickers. Sometimes so badly that the entire system freezes and then automatically reboots. During attempt to reboot I sometimes see a blue screen with writing, but it goes away so quickly, I can't make any sense of it. My system is stable if I do not run IE. I typically use Firefox, but the wife is taking a college course that does not render in Firefox.

I'm simply amazed that none of the tools provided in "READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" have resolved my issue. I've attached my log file and hope that somebody can see something... Could it be hardware related? OH, here's one other thing... I tried to download IE v7 beta, but the installation fails due to inability to write to the registry. I've followed the tips at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917925 to fix this issue, but none of the methods apply.

Do please follow the guide as written, did Panda and BitDefender online scans not run for any reason? if so what.

You are also running HJT exactly how we ask you not to run it, from the zip file in a temporary location. You have it here -> C:\DOCUME~1\Michael\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX00.969\HijackThis.exe Please follow the instructions in the Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis thread to install HJT properly so your backups are safe if they need to be restored.

Once you have completed ALL the steps in the READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support attach a new HJT log along with the logs from Bitdefender & ActiveScan.

Installing a Beta product to try and rectify an issue is not an advised route and subject to compounding and adding more problems than you have now.

Do you have the latest and most upto date Graphics Card driver?

Also disable Startdock from running at startup and see if the issues with IE have gone.

Are you fully upto date with Windows Updates?
