Something not right

After having a week of will it wont it, it seems i can not access any anti maleware or virus scan on this comp. We lost IE for a week or so,even disconecting wireless modem. Finally traced it to a internetstik my son used on here. It was in internet connections window and the comp.was looking for the stik to open windows. and April 1st is wen it all went off, confliker? Or is this conflik a myth?
Managed to run MGtools and enclosed is ziplog.
My sons computor is also affected as well as my daughters laptop.

You need to run the other scans requested in the READ & RUN ME and attach the logs from SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, and ComboFix.

What exactly do you have installed and running from Comodo? If it is the full security suite, then you are running multiple antivirus programs.

Conficker is not a myth but I don't think you are having Conficker problems.

You also need to uninstall the below:
Ask Toolbar
Java(TM) 6 Update 10 << out of date. Download and install the current version as per step 1 of the READ & RUN ME.
Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.4 << way out of date. Download and install the current version.
SpywareBlaster 4.1 << out of date. Download and install the current version.

Also run MSconfig and put your PC into Normal Startup mode as requested in step 1 of the READ & RUN ME.
