something wrong with my computer?

    Hello,
    Currently my computer wont turn off at times and not able to open task manager. Also the only way the internet will work is if I use AOL it wont just open with internet explorer. I dont know much about this computer because it is one at my work place.
    Clear Wire modem directly connected. thanks for your time.

    Hi

    Do you have admin access to this computer or do your companies IT dept look after tech support, this dependent on company size I guess?

    If you dont have admin rights then alot of steps are not available to you so best course of action is to chat to the IT dept and have them look at this PC.


    If you have admin rights on this PC and can install software with no issues from company bosses etc then the best course action in the first place is to rule of malware/virus/trojans etc and do run the below and attach the logs in the malware forum to a new thread.
