Somthings up with my computer

As of late my computers internet has been slowing down now I did what that"READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support " I did that and nuthing came up, now then it gets worse my ms world stoped working and I could't scan my system useing Norton. I took it off and but it back on and now ms word is working and I can do scans once more. And some times whats left of my internt well I just loss that as well, and it will sometimes just say that my internet cable is unpulg when its not.
