Sonic Digitital Media LE and Nero

    I prefer and have Nero CD software ready to install on my new computer, but I have been told the software I have pre-installed on my new Dell (Sonic Digital Media LE) keeps other software from reading the burner drives. As a novice, I am leery of moving forward, installing things without being careful. Any thoughts on whether I should move forward? A nightmare to remedy if this is true?
