First a big warning. You should obviously not be using HijackThis on your on. You are going to break your PC. There is nothing harmful in your HJT log.


What actual malware problems are you currently still having?

 

You made the below statement in your first message

Since there is clearly nothing wrong in your HJT log that would mean that you are not an expert at reading HijackThis logs and only experts should be using it. When you use it improperly, you could delete required registry entries and files for your system to work properly. There are some entries that the operating system would just block you from removing anyway to protect itself but this does not apply to all entries. And it you just keep trying you could eventually cause problems for yourself. Many, many people have read HJT logs and made assumptions that everything being shown is bad and then just tried to have HJT fix everything. Then they go on to find out that many of their programs and even Windows does not work properly anymore.
