sorry - dumb question

I am new to this, so I'm sure this is a stupid question, but in attempting to follow the instructions to remove Spy Sherrif I have found that I have no idea how to get Ccleaner. Please help! (I read that it should have installed when I was loading the "read me" thing, but I couldn't figure out even how to open "read me.")

 

Wow - i just found where to install Ccleaner and now I realize my question was even more ridiculous than I thought. Sorry for wasting everyone's time who read this.

Thank you for responding. I think it worked! I did everything according to the directions I found on this site, and as far as I can tell, the Spy Sheriff is no longer a problem!
