Sorry newer Hijackthis file - please hepl

    I'm running xp pro with sp2 all updated
    I've been running avg, adaware, spybot and since the infection have tried trendmicro, abi remover, stinger,about buster, kill2me, hijack this cwshredder,
    cclean all as directed - please see what you can find - thanks
