    I am looking for a software to retrieve a program's password

    I installed any weblock but had to enter a password

    but i lost that and tried to do forgot password but that does not work so please help

    because to get around

    Well first step would be to contact the developer but according to this https://www.anyutils.com/ it is a 404 on google's site.
    Can you stop it with task manager? or go nuclear boot to recovery or PE and delete it, but might cause more issues...

    Perhaps you don't need software.
    Open the registry and go to HKLM.
    Scroll down to Software.
    Click on the program's name.
    In the right pane you should see RegCode.
    (I just checked one of my games and the RegCode is the registration code/password, I got when I paid for the game).

    That hardly helps anyone who is trying to help you, so I'm guessing you mean you can't stop it in task manager? Can you disable it from starting? Look in start up and services?
    I guessing you didn't try to boot from a PE environment and try to just delete it there?
    Be more specific on what you tried next time.
    Or we can assume this is not your PC and you're trying to bypass someone else's protections based on your sketchy replies.
