sound card help

    so i reformatted after a nasty virus and im trying to find the proper audio driver because the one that came with my computer wasnt right and either was the one on the dell website so im hoping some one on her can give me some help attached is the everset read out for the computer. thanks for the help :)

    Download and install your chipset drivers from this link. Restart the PC. Then download and install the audio drivers from this link. Again, restart the PC when you'de done, and that should do it! Good luck! Let us know how it goes....

    i tried to install the chipset but i kept getting the following error message " The installsheild engine (ikernel.exe) could not be installed. the system can not find the specified file"
