Sound Issue:

    hello , im stuck up a creek with out a paddle, i was running windows 10, when i shut down the asus laptop,then powered it back up later,sound video and game controllers missing from device manager using windows 10, sooooo i reset it...... back to factory condition, now its using windows 8, still the same problem....then i tryed to install

    sound driver,it didnt work either, i am a computor noob,,,plzzzzzzz,,, help ME !!!!!!! here are the specs,,,

    Hi

    What is the model ASUS laptop and my first thoughts would be with Windows 8 or 10 is to download and install the Chipset driver and reboot then install the Audio driver from ASUS, dont install any random driver from the internet as many OEM drivers are for specific PCs, so uninstall any you have installed so far, and only get from ASUS for your model.
