Sound On Mg's How-to-videos??

I am in a hospital room and using their getwellnetwork. In the how-to-video section the videos load and play right off the get-go and real smooth. But there is no sound adjustment. The menu sound button works fine on cable tv. Why not here? Any idea. It's hard to read by zooming in so much so I decided to use this chance to see some of the videos which I can't do at home because of my slow wireless.

 

So Ire-paired the keyboard and went to the play movie section and the sound worked so I then went back to MA how-to-area and it worked!! A part of MG's I don't normall6y get to use. Thanks MA for the product and effort.

 

Yea, earlier the youtube slider was all the way maxed and so was the menu for sound locally. Don't really know what did it. The system did do a reset while I was using it earlier. A gremlin maybe!
