Spam Blocker Utility in Outlook email

I was infected with Spy Blocker Utility which I thought I had removed with Malware, but when I open Outlook I get a message :C:\ProgramFiles\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin4.8.4\Redemption could not be installed or loaded". I can hit OK and remove the message but have to go into Tools and select EMail Send Receive All to get my mail. Please Help....I'm desparate! Have I completely removed Spy Blocker?

Malware removed?

(On my PC) I've completed the Malware Read and run instructions on this site, but I'm not sure everything was removed. How do I know? Also, when I open my Outlook mail I get a message "C:\ProgramFiles\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\4.8.4\Redemption could not be removed or loaded". Once I click ok to close the message I have to go to tools and select email to send/receive. How do I correct this?

Also, I'm plagued with pop-ups?

Forgot to attach log for malware removal

Sorry, in my previous post I forgot to attach the log as well as messages received when following removal guide.

Could not download CCleaner Slim. Message: "Windows has found a problem with this file. Blocked because it does not have a valid digital signature that verifies its publisher."

Cleaning XP procedures, could not select updates to download from Spybot S & D Updater.

Hi firebug8,

In the one log you've posted to us so far, you had a number of trojans which were removed. The particular scan which produces that one log picks up some trojans but not all of them. That's why we give you several different scans to run, because they compliment each other. Without looking at the results of your other scans, it's not possible for us to know if you still have files left which will lead to the same symptoms you had coming back. You didn't just have one problem that needed to be removed. You had and probably still have a number of different problems.

If you would like our help, please continue with the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and finish them.

You've already learned a lot quickly. You will not find anything we ask you to do to be difficult or to take very much time, and this could save you a lot of trouble later.
