Seems a bit harsh to me. Now if it were a webmaster of a child porn ring that would be a different story.

 

Beaten I can see, to death.....well depends on my mood and how often they've spammed me.
I can be a little moody at times.

 

Spammers are a PITA and should be kicked in the arse..repeatedly!...killing them is another story. Spam costs billions of dollars a year....driving up the cost of internet connections and for many in other countries like Russia, there is little choice for providers, mostly dial-up accounts and they charge by usage re: by the minute AND how much bandwidth is used. I know many people who have lost their internet accounts completely b/c they get hit with so much unsolicited mail downloading they are unable to pay the outrageous bills from their 'per usage' ISP's.
