Speaker Static

Ok, i have a question, and im not sure where else to post it. My problem is this... if i have a video running online, such as on youtube.com or video google... i'll periodically get little static clicks and im not sure whats causing it. It doesnt happen when playing videos saved to my computer, audio from computer games, or listening to music through my media player. The only time it happens is when watching a video online. I recently reinstalled the software/drivers for my sound card. It is an Audigy Z2 platinum i think. Is this a problem with my audio Codecs or something else. And if it is, where can i update them.
