Specific problem with loading scripts?

    The problem seems to be that I cannot load certain scripts from the internet when a program wants them, because I don't have the right program/plug-in/dll file (who knows). So what happens is a download box shows up, asking me if I want to save or close the file it's trying to load. Here's some screen shots:

    I'm freaking out about this because sony's launchpad uses a ton of these files, making it so I can't subscribe to EQII...
