Speed Up Dial-up 2 Watch Video's

I just have to ask this question: is there a way to speed up dial up to the degree that I'll be able to watch video's, such as the one's on "Youtube.com",
and not worry about it stopping the buffer? I also saw an ad for "WiFlyer", a device that takes the dialup phone line, plug it into the "WiFlyer", turning it into a wireless device usable for a laptop with both dialup and wireless capabilities. Which ever is fine with me as long as I'll finally be able to watch a music video or movie trailer without it stopping then staring then stopping again. I'm so very tired of this. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? PLEASE?

Sadly no their are no magical speed fixes for dialup I'm afraid, the software around that says it speeds up dialup to broadband speeds are a bit of a fudge as all they do is to cache webpages and compress pictures to a smaller poorer quality to give the illusion of speed, while they do load web pages quicker granted, the WILL NOT speed up downloading which is what streaming media is, or the downloading of software, drivers, updates etc, you are at the mercy of 56k or whatever you connection speed is max I have seen most DUN connections is 48k.

If you hit the pause button on your media player until it has loaded all, or a significant amount of the video, this might help it to play without being jumpy or hesitant.
My internet pc is an old AMD 1000, and occasionally it gets jittery when playing video anyway. I increased the amount of memory assigned to graphics and it's not as bad as it used to be.
