Spellig en autocorrect IE 10/11

I'm looking for an specific designed editor for the dictionary and autocorrection files for Internet Explorer. While you can use notepad for the default.dic, default.exc en default.acl files I didn't find software which can help me with that.
Anybody an idea?

You could try this software in IESpell as it worked for me in the past when using with IE

I know this great program but the trouble is that it isn't on the fly while IE 10/11 is.

Not sure what you mean by "on the fly". I am using ieSpell with IE11, no problems here.

I mean realtime like in MS Word. Red underlining misspelling words while you type.

Spell checking is active by default on IE10 and 11. If it does not work, go to the settings and make sure the Spell Check box is marked.
Open Internet Explorer.
Click on Tools.
Click on Manage Add-ons.
In the left pane, click on Spelling Correction.
Confirm the Enable Spelling Correction check box is marked. (near the bottom)
Close and reopen the Internet Explorer to apply the changes.

I can confirm that this works in Win 7 on IE 10. I get the red squiggly lines as I type if a word is misspelled.
I do not have IE 11 installed so I can't test it. Look over your settings in IE as posted above.

Spelling and autocorrection is working, but the reason for this thread was to edit the autocorrection file and dictionary file. I can find them and edit with notepad but I would like to know if a specific editor exists for this.
