Splinter Cell: Double Agent Wont Run On Win Ten 64 Pro.

Hi, I am trying to run the game Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent on my Win Ten 64 Pro PC.

It installs but when I click on the option for Single Player the box goes away and and the game does nothing. The Game's Hardware Dection flags DirectX 12.0 and Video Card Driver version 4.

If I run the Program's Updater its says The Program can't start as MSVCP71.dll is missing from your PC.
