sprint galaxy S3

    Ok long story short, my wife and I both have the exact same phones sphl710 galaxy s3. They were Sprint phones we now have them on straight talk. My phone is on 4G probably 90 perCent of the time, but her phone, I've never seen it way 4g it is always on 3g. I read different post for the last 2 weeks, but nothing is helping, I've tried factory reset, radios on/off nada. Just Hopi I could find another person with the same issues. Any help or ideas always appreciated.

    Hi

    Just a thought as I had similar here in UK is that you may need to get a 4G enabled SIM, the one in your wifes phone may just be a 3G only one, just a thought, especially as you have tried factory reset etc

    Check with your new carrier.
