Spy Sheriff - i'm stuck

Hi,

I've been following the instructions in "READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal" thread and reached the part that asked me to perform two online scans. I did the first one but couldn't get the second one to work as I couldn't find an option for 'Auto Clean' on the site. However i've tried carrying on by using the programs you suggested i download eg CCclean only to find that my pc will now not open any programs or browsers for example ending in .exe. It says for instance cannot find file "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE" or any other program.

Any ideas what i should try?
