Spy Sheriff nuisance

I got trobule with Adaware/ spy sheriff . it got into my temp.Internet files. then I deleted it from temp.files into Recycle bin. Then i tried to delete it from the Recycle, but I get a pop box saying ...

ERROR.DELETING FILE OR FOLDER.
Cannot delete Dc.14: access is denied
make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.

this pop box opens everytime I run my Tintanium antivirus scan. my antivirus only blocks and renames the infected file.

But is there any way to get rid of these blocked and infected files?

For the Moderator, Im a newbie to posting here. would please instruct me as to how to attach my 'HJT and other scan results into my threads?

do i have to makea url for the scan? and insert a link? Or what Icon do I use to paste my scan attachment to my thread?

To attach your scan results click on post reply in your thread then scroll down further on the page. You will see where it says manage attachments. Click on that and it will open a new window. Click on browse to locate each of your individual scan results then upload. Once your upload is complete you can close the window.

Enter any necessary comments in your post then submit your reply.

Hello , and thank you to the moderators for your instructions

I followed the steps (somewhat) in READ AND RUN ME FIRST post. I booted into Safe Mode 2 times and ran 'Adware, CCleaner, and my Titanium antivirus'
I repeated this process twice and it appears to have eliminated the renamed
blocked infected IEtemp.files they are gone out of Recycle and IEtemp.files.
Also hosts of other Adware were caught in the Registry and eliminated. by my Titanium antivirus.

Just to be safe Ive included a HJT scan log after the reboots. please tell me if its ok or not and if theres any 'creeper processes' I should end?
