Spy Sheriff problems

Can I get a little help with this? Everything seems to be cleaned out, but I still can't change my desktop for some reason.

 

Nevermind, I forgot to reboot. It's fixed now, thank you.

Thanks, yeah I went through it, everythings all good now, I'm an old hand at this. Problem is I feel like a total noob, for even getting it at all. I was web-surfing and all my bells and whistles went off, I immediately shut down my internet connection and went through the cleaning process. Used to be on here all the time learning this stuff. I'm pretty sure it's all cleaned out, I can't find anything that's not supposed to be there in HJT and all scans are coming back clean.

Thing was after I did al that, I forgot to reboot again to reset my desktop. Kinda threw me that everything was clean, but I couldnt reset my background. All good now though, thank you.

 

Jeez, I'm such a noob, after cleaning all that out, I went out searching for some stuff and ended up getting Axed, got that cleaned out too though. I'm pretty good about cleaning my stuff, but haven't been doing this long enough to be able to weed through other peoples stuff yet.
