Spy Sherriff problem

Im having serious problems with Spy Sherriff, it seems to be quite common, I seem to get rid of it with SpyDoctor, but when I restart it keeps reinstalling itself. As well as the 'System Stopped' sign that appears on Desktop there is also an 'access members area.exe' file that keeps appearing along with a licensing agreement which appears to install along with Spy Sherriff. Here is the hijackthis log, I would appreciate any help as im a relative novice with things like this.
