Pardon this response, but maybe a "higher up" here at MGs may have a better answer for you but, why not just sit and talk to your spouse ? I come on here to try and help people with computer issues, not to get involved in their personal business. I'm not trying to be rude, but you you don't trust your spouse, maybe you need more than computer software to help you. :)

If it's your computer it is legal to do so. Do know if it's your spouse's, it is most likely not legal.

If this is in fact your computer, we have a whole section of surveillance softwares. You can see if any descriptions match what you are looking for:

@ Nick...while I agree with you, we are here to offer people software advice. If it's not illegal, it's not a problem. As I've said before when this question is asked, if it's something you aren't comfortable answering, just ignore it. :)

Sujaybasak, I sincerely apologize for any out of line comments that I made, I am sorry.

@LauraR, you are right as usual, I'm sorry. I'm 56 yrs. old and I'm sitting here with my 5 yr. old daughter driving me crazy :banghead and I just reated before thinking. I apologize for my actions.

While it may be legal for him to install such software, it may be illegal for him to spy upon his spouse's private communications. He should consult a lawyer first. As I recall, a Michigan man has six years in prison to meditate upon that.

It's my computer and a common one. So no problem and it's not a problem in India. I have the rights to collect information before I move down to the Court.
