Hi

Just wanna say thanks for being so helpful, you guys are doing a great job!

Anyway I've just followed the steps to remove spyaxe after getting most decidedly owned by it... Instructions said to show the log file (see attachment) and my status is OK, i think.

Quick question, are there any other steps i should take to prevent it from happening again, or is there any chance it isn't completely removed?

If everything appears to be working OK on your system now, you should follow the steps in:

But if you are still having problems, you should work through the below and then report your status:
