   i am using micrsoft outlook and since i installed spyblaster and selected all the spyware in the database to protect i now cannt recieve any emails .

   I'm assuming your referring to "SpywareBlaster"
   
   Try reversing the process to see if it fixes the problem. Click "Deselect All" then "Remove Protection for Unchecked Items", then reboot -- if that doesn't work then SpywareBlaster isn't the culprit.
